Worst car rental place in America! I had a rental set up in Jan for a trip in Sept. A week prior to pick up date, a friend stated that the rental place in town closed down. I called Hertz and asked why I wasn't notified?!?!? They had to explanation and said I'd have to pick car up in the town over (1hr away). I got car, it was dirty, asked if they would clean it again, it was still dirty and I explained to them it was still dirty, then when I returned it, they tried to charge me an extra cleaning fee (over $100) I DON'T RECO... read more
This is actually Joel's Body shop. Never rented a car there but they do excellent work in collision repair. They're honest and transparent with everything they do! Top quality by far, hands down!
Wouldn't answer the phone and when it was answered by the automated system it would go over the same questions and never got a representative on the one and couldn't find their office at the address.
Refuses to answer their phones, and turns them off in order to avoid providing service to customers.
