The initial process of picking up the car took awhile but that is to be expected these days. What really upset me is we left jackets and a pair of shoes in the trunk of the car and realized it a few hours later. We went back to see if we could retrieve the items and they told us they no longer had the car and we would have to file a claim online. They will scam you, they tried to charge me for two extra weeks after I returned my car
I had a horrible experience at another location. But when I called Matthew @ this location everything was great! The entire experience was awesome! I’m definitely making this location my place!
I was in a major accident with Hertz vehicle I was not at fault.. was taken to the hospital in an ambulance on 06/26/25 and I am still suffering from injuries the vehicle was towed to Chicago I drove up there twice to get my belongings only to be told they dont have them then months later one of hertz employees call me then tells me he looked me up on google got my phone number then contacted me from a personal phone number claiming to have all my credit cards that were inside the vehicle then says he can drive from chicago ... read more
They made me go for valde, I paid an uber for 67us when I arrived supposedly closed it was 4.58PM it's like the cars are theirs it doesn't matter to rent it
