I'd give 0 stars if I could. I reserved a full size car 2 weeks in advance. I called to confirm the reservation 5 days before the pick-up since the location in Derby KS doesn't stock vehicles, they bring the cars from Wichita to Derby and you get what you get. 30 minutes before our reservation the manager from Wichita calls to tell me that they don't have a full size car and that they were bringing a mini van. Had a great experience overall, but it was difficult to find to return the vehicle. There are no signs or markings to show that the Hertz office is inside the auto shop, so I initially thought there had been a mistake. Once I went inside to ask, I was told that it was the correct location but that nobody was there to help me. Apparently, it is only staffed by one person.
