I rented a car on line and then I chated with customer service agent that informer me she would change my pick up day a day sooner then I originally asked for when I went on line to check my order it still had the same date I also wanted to find out about using a debit card because I do not have a credit card in my name she told me as long as it had a master card logo I could use it when I got to the counter I was told no that was not correct luckily the person who took me there to pick.up my card had a credit card but becau... read more
I enjoyed my rental from Hertz when I had my European Vacation unexpected I had an accident and I had their Super Cover insurance plan and everything was cover. It was a little expensive i thought at first but compared to what it would of cost me to fix and replace the car I feel this was money well spent.
Have a very good reputation treated my daughter with courtesy
Bald tires on every car offered... unacceptable in Western New York. Employee was super friendly
