The guy only wanted to be there when someone was scheduled to rent a car or to return it. The website says open from 8-5. They are open when he has a car scheduled to rent. If you want to bring the car back early you can't because there's nobody there. He was very unprofessional and had an attitude.
Zero Stars. We reserved a car here, unfortunately the car rental company had no car for us. The unfriendly gentleman at the reception just wanted to go home for the day. He sent us to another station, so we had to take a cab there. Despite reservation! Be careful with this car rental. It may be that you do not get a car and the employee does not care at all, because he would rather go to the end of the day!
This Hertz location claims they are unable to process any credit card transactions unless your credit card has a strip, as opposed to a chip. Our credit card hasn't had a strip in years. Welcome to 2022 Hertz, this isn't 2000 anymore. If you visit this location, check to make sure your credit card has a strip.
