Bad experience. They didn't notify me the time to pickup the car

I'm a gold member which is easy to do, you can become one by the time you finish this is review. I walked in, they verified my information and I walked right out. No dumb questions or up sells. That's the type of service I like. The car I got was clean and in great working order. It had enhanced cruise control which was great as I was driving nearly the whole way on the highway.
We rent a mini van. Good service and very new car. And they provide a little discount when we return car earlier.
