Beware Most hire company's are sharks but after 20years as a faithful member im done. How does 1 drive 8000klm in 1 week. Around darwin to be slogged with unexplained charges. The main man Pami is a lier and threats at 10pm at night of police being called to repossesse car because someone your end stuffed up booking extensions is pathetic for a buisness to say the least. Go with another company give these guys in darwin a wide berth. Crooks

We had to rent a car after getting our car stolen last night and had an amazing experience with Drew at the service desk. After receiving appalling service from another car rental place at the airport she helped us pick up the pieces in an already difficult time. She was very compassionate to our situation and made sure we got exactly what we needed!! Will definitely be back
