Weil ich ja so dumm war und bei roter Ampel hielt und nicht gleich bei grün losfuhr bin ich ja natürlich selbst verantwortlich, dass mir mein Maximalselbstbehalt von (5'834.13 AUD) abgezogen wurde und das Mietauto jetzt so aussieht, bravo Hertz Am einfachsten ist es natürlich einen traumatisierten geschädigten auszunutzen, gut gemacht Hertz! Julie was amazing! We had to alter car pick up dates in Melbourne due to our cancelled flight from Darwin and despite it being nothing to do with Darwin Hertz, Julie went above and beyond to sort it out for us. She's an asset to Hertz

Renting a car after our car was stolen and trashed. The lady at the desk was lovely and attentive and we felt well looked after. 5 stars for service and care during our traumatic time.

We walked in off the street to Hertz on Mitchell Street, Darwin, with no booking, wanting a quote for a 10 day rental. We were very particular with what we wanted. From the moment we walked in to the reception/service area, we could not have been happier with the service we received from Julie. At the first, Hertz could not provide the type of car we wanted to hire at a time later that day.
