Julie was amazing! We had to alter car pick up dates in Melbourne due to our cancelled flight from Darwin and despite it being nothing to do with Darwin Hertz, Julie went above and beyond to sort it out for us. She's an asset to Hertz
Renting a car after our car was stolen and trashed. The lady at the desk was lovely and attentive and we felt well looked after. 5 stars for service and care during our traumatic time.
