Short on cars. Only car they had had a leaking tire.
I had a reservation to rent a car through the insurance company, when I called to pick up the car they did not have any available and said they would call when any cars came in. They never called back and so I tried again 5 days later. Still no car, when I asked if there was a list or and idea of when I could get a car they gave me no help or information and told me to go to another rental place. I ended up with Enterprise, they had cars and made the process very easy.

I reserved a car rental yesterday for today just to get a call this morning from Matt to tell me they can’t fulfill my reservation because they don’t have any cars. This is extremely unprofessional & leaves me stuck having to find other accommodations. I will never be using this location again.
