This location has provided exceptional customer service I've the course of over a dozen rental pick-ups and drop-offs. Occasionally, when there was an issue with the vehicle that was provided by their location or another, they offered to swap the vehicle with another without delay or surcharge. Overall, the representatives are helpful and understanding and they have earned my confidence in their abilities to render support and services for further repeat business.
Pickup took less than five minutes, and the car didn’t just meet my needs—it exceeded my expectations. The return was even quicker, taking less than two minutes! I’ve been a frequent traveler for more than three decades, and I can honestly say that the customer service at this location (Hertz -Tooley Lane Danbury CT) ugh far exceeds what I’ve experienced at major airports and other rental locations.
