Excelente servicio
Friendly people. Bur sadly, that does not help when the price of renting a car here is twice of LAX Hertz.
All major car rentals are really the same, except for the individual service reps. I have nothing but high praise for the service rep at this location. The 5 stars are for her.
While the staff was friendly they are understaffed and the service was very slow.
DO NOT RENT FROM HERE!! I rented a crew cab truck to make sure my family of 5 had enough room with all of our luggage, when I went to pick it up they told me they called me to cancel and had no vehicle for me at all. The person working the counter told me to "call customer service to fix it and get me a vehicle". I called customer service and they assured me that my reservation was guaranteed and I would have the truck I reserved the next day.
