My hire car was through insurance while my car was being repaired. Pleasantly surprised when I asked to call a taxi that the owner offered to drive me to the repairer. This was despite him having a motel business in conjunction with the car hire business. The motel is Myall Motel, Dalby.
Very pleasantly surprised how helpful Hertz were in organising a vehicle for me while mine is in getting repairs done after a claim I was not at fault for. They worked seamlessly with the insurance company, and after discussing with them that I live out of town and the original car they were going to provide was not going to be suitable they brought a car out from TOOWOOMBA to Dalby for me. Janine at Hertz in Dalby was extremely polite and helpful.
