Very kind efficient and affordable. Highly recommend
Tim is amazing !!! With my past rental he has been amazing and I am truly satisfied with his service and he is the reason I am even giving this review a 3 stars, however Hertz needs to do better in regards to customer service. They never pick up the phone. The chat service (not for the location itself )is terrible ! I called the Coral Springs location and she put me on hold and forgot about me. As a gold member you guys need to upgrade your customer support team.
Vehicles are not properly inspected from previous customers which can result in you fighting with their claims department make sure you take a lot of photos and videos like I did
I called Tim with an Issue with a car I rented from another location and he went above and beyond to Assist me over the phone. I ran into a dead end over the phone with automated systems and customer service call centers and he was able to help me correct the issue. He was super patient and kind. Thank you! He is an asset to this Location.
