Of the two staff members with whom I interacted at this location, one was extremely unprofessional, ill-mannered, discourteous and found it appropriate to tell the customer that he did not have the option of selecting and paying the required rental cost for a vehicle of his choice.

I made my reservation in advance and arrived exactly on time, but Hertz gave the car to someone else. What a complete lack of respect! The man who helped us showed no interest in fixing the problem or offering any solution. He basically didn’t care at all. It’s unacceptable for such a big company to treat customers this way. I will never rent from Hertz again and do not recommend them to anyone.

I made a reservation for a car on October 4th for 9 am for two days . I arrive at Hertz at 9:10 am and check in giving the desk person my reservation number . He then proceeds to tell me that there are no cars available. As Seinfeld would say “ you know how to take a reservation but the most important part is to hold the reservation, otherwise I would have had a car “ completely unprofessional, do yourself a favor an rent from Enterprise 1 block south . You’ll thank me .
