Can not get a hold of any one but a recording... The recent vehicle rented from Hertz is the last one... A compulsive taking of money from my card on file... This will be easy... See you in court.
I don’t understand why they have low ratings – my experience was excellent. The whole process of getting the car was quick and smooth. The staff was very polite and helpful. Thank you for your assistance! I’ll definitely be renting from them again next time!
Prior to rental received email Hertz has updated there fleet my vehicle had 23k miles the other EV on the lot looked newer I was told it’s the airport car whatever that means.
