Rental car offices normally receive bad reviews, in this case the experience in this office was very pleasant. Very easy to work with the team there, no issues at all.
Tim Holland at Hertz will try to get you to rent a fully electric call and tell you he's giving you someone's reservation like he's doing you a favor and not paying. Just to push a fully electric car on paying customers. Avoid Hertz. Cheaper than enterprise by a couple bucks and that's it.
when I say this was the worst service..I’ve ever received as a Gold member for 10+ years, I would love to speak with the “branch manager” who is directing or instructing the representatives to be very rude unprofessional and non communicative. They are very discriminatory and I did not have a pleasant experience. I’m inclined to take my own photos and videos of the vehicle being used on top of whatever they document to ensure they don’t do anything sneaky. I would advise anyone else renting from this place to do the same.
