This location is always out of rentals
Had a great experience with renting a car at Hertz in Conway. Larry at Hertz helped me every step of the way with my car rental. Took time to answer all the questions we had and was very informative. Definitely recommend to rent a car here. They really did a superb job.
Terrible service as a company and customer care person at the location was not helpful or offered any assistance. Made a rental reservation on 07/15/25. Went to pick up vehicle on 07/16/25. Upon arrival they "had no vehicles" and didn't know how to get one there for my reservation.
Smooth process. Just wish they had better selection of vehicles
