I had an awful experience at this Hertz location. I showed up for my confirmed reservation only to be told they had no cars. They claimed they called and left a voicemail, but I checked my phone and showed them that no call or message was ever made. No email either. After driving all the way there, the only car they could offer was an electric one I didn’t want, and it was basically unusable. It didn’t come with a charger and the mileage was completely off. I rented a car from this location due to unforeseen event. At first I cancel my reservation as I live in Huntsville and wanted a nearby location ideally in the Huntsville area . Hertz assure me they would pick me and drop me off to my home once I return the car to them. Today I call to confirm that they were going to drop me off as agreed but a very rude lady pick the phone and was nothing but unprofessional. Rented here more than a dozen times for work trips. cars are clean, team is fast and efficient, you are in and out in just a few minutes.
Terrible experience just like everyone else. Avoid!
