After being told my card would be charged $50 and returned when vehicle was returned turned out not to be true. My card was charged more than 4x and when called it was brushed off as business as usual. Lesson learned.

Horrible experience. Apparently you can reserve a vehicle and they just don’t have it. We reserved a Pacifica for the third row for a family road trip. Got there on time and they didn’t have any third row vehicles available. What does reserve even mean? They then tried to charge me a $330 cancellation fee because it was after my reservation time. How would I know that they don’t have it until I get there at my reservation time? The whole thing was insane 😂😂
Attempted to rent a car from them to take to Louisiana for a funeral. Needed to be a one way rental, the system allowed me to make the rental, recieved the confirmation text and email. Then 5 hours later recieved a call that they did not have any cars available. When I questioned them, it appears that they didn't want to do a one way rental so they cancelled the rental. If I could give this place less than a star I would. I had a whole trip planned out and when I went to pick up my vehicle, they said they didn't have it. And we're completely rude and quick to tell me there was nothing they were gonna do to help me either. Absolutely ridiculous!!! I pre paid for it too!
