This is my second time renting from Hertz in Conroe, Texas! I went back because Jakobe was so helpful the last time I rented. Again, Jakobe was friendly, helpful and efficient. He is always so polite! The manager Nate was also very personable and accommodating. Both of these gentlemen made the experience enjoyable. Of course, the car we rented was also spotless and ready when we got there. I will never rent any where else because of Jakobe and Nate!
