Excellent rates and customer service. Car in good shape. Easy transactions.
No Hertz employees were there at the time of pick-up. Vehicle was disgusting, not clean, reeked of pot, manager tried to convince me that he cleaned it earlier in the day. Apparently he does not have to take drug screening!! Horrible sevice from Hertz.
Every time I went here, there was no representative here. Had to wait 30 to 50 minutes for them. At this time, there's only one representative there. Its still annoying having to wait on service. The phone is never answered. A sign in the establishment says it's open 9-12 on Saturday. But it's actually closed. New Hampshire is a tough place to keep a car clean this time of year, so be prepared to get a car that's filthy on the outside. Once the rep is there, the transaction proceeds quickly, which is nice.
Awful awful awful. GO ELSEWHERE!!!! They take reservations without cars to rent!!!! They call you an hour before pick up to tell you they can't fulfill the reservation. No problem taking your money right away; they're great at that. But rentals cars? Horrible
