I would just like to say thank you to whoever that man was on feb 24th. he helped me carry my bags and saw that I was going through a really difficult time crying and offered to let me sit down and talk with him. one of them truly beautiful kind souls out there. I picked up my rental on 03/20/26 at 11:14 AM, and the experience was very disappointing. I had to wait over an hour and a half just for a representative to get to the counter. No one in line just me; which was already frustrating. Unfortunately, the employee who assisted me was extremely rude and unprofessional. Instead of acknowledging the long wait or apologizing for the delay, he spoke to me disrespectfully and seemed more interested in antagonizing me than helping me complete the rental process. Was calling to see what was available and to get rates, after seeing that the location was open, but their automated system informed me that they are closed. Won't be using this location, sucks, I could have been a new customer
