I WISH I WOULD'VE READ THESE REVIEWS 1ST. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I RESVERSED ONLINE JUST TO GET THERE AND NOT HAVE A CAR. LADY WAS VERY UNHELPFUL TOLD ME I COULD WAIT TO SEE IF CARS CAME IN!! THEY SHOULD'VE LET YOU RESERVE. IF THEY DON'T HAVE CARS, THEY SHOULD USE CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS, PICK UP THE PHONE BEFORE YOU COME WAIT 20MINS TO BE HELP JUST TO BE TOLD I DON'T HAVE ANY CARS!! HORRIBLE PLACE I WOULD'VE USE THIS PLACE

Never got my return, billed me as a no show, but there was no staff to rent a vehicle from. Absolutely unfair business practices at this location.

Upon returning my rental customer service attended rude and condescending and not open to discussion of anything I will not be recommending this company to no one!!! Need to work on better customer service!!!!

Don’t rent from here. You will be waiting forever. My reservation was for 10am and I wasn’t helped until 11. It wasn’t crowded, it was the lady that worked the desk that was missing for a long time

If I could rate this zero stars I would. I made my reservation a little over a week in advance, signed up to be a hertz gold member so I could do the online check in and not deal with the hassle of stopping at the desk. Big mistake. Online it tells you to put a card on file and that card won't be charged until you drop off, where you can pay using a different card if you want. Great I thought that works perfect.
