This place is a joke. Don’t ever rent here on the weekend no one is ever at the counter. Wasted two uber trips for nothing.
Returned a Nissan rogue on 7/13 at 1945 that was due back on 7/14 at 0800. Today is 7/16 and I’m getting notifications that the car was not returned. Tried to call the local location and you LITERALLY cannot speak to them. The corporate lady I got directed to was nice but still doesn’t confirm if they received the car or going to charge me extra. Reservation number 656469122. Can someone from this location call me? I would love to hear why this car wasn’t scanned in. Long time hertz customer but sadly I’ll be switching.
Location needs to update their times for pick up and drop off. Showed up early for my pick up only to be told they were already closed. Had to cancel right there and then and rent from another place. I'm not the only one either, there were two other people behind me with the same issue and I've seen it happen to others while waiting at the airport. Looking through other people's reviews going back 6 +months and this issue hasn't been resolved. Great way to lose business.
