Tenia una reservacion para un carro debido a un accidente con el mio en lo que lo reparan, el carro q me dieron no era pq segun no habian echo el tramite el seguro y no era cierto, el carro por dentro con los asientos rotos, el parabrisas asqueroso q dificultaba la vista, mas de 1 hora para darme el carro, pesimo...

I wish I could give less than one star. I had a reservation with my company code which lets me reserve car at discounted price and also allows one way rental. But the front desk employee and manager denied the request saying they need to see the badge or corporate card. When I said, I couldn't find my badge at home, they straight away said they cannot give me car at discounted price but can give me normal car. I even showed them my active teams account, my outlook email which clearly states my name with the same office. Yet ... read more

Went to go pick up my husband rental car and the 1st thing they said the is not ready. We were not told we had to pay a deposit. We r military when we booked the car we were not told that so now we have to pay a deposit and now we have to make a deposit. I will never come here again. And I will put it out here now if I fill up the gas tank and get charged for a tank of gas someone will be giving me my money back. I had to rent a different car because of my method of payment but still paid what the original reservation was going to cost. The car had TWO small chips in the windshield and the service light came on TWO DAYS INTO MY RENTAL. Highly recommend renting elsewhere

Reserved a vehicle for pickup on July 3rd at 9am. Received a call at 8:15am stating that no cars available but would call be back around 10 or 11am. I called back at 10 am, story had changed to office is locked and they are waiting on locksmith to arrive, ETA 1pm. Tried to cancel my reservation but could not due to past pickup time. Now they want to charge a cancellation fee due to a fault not of mine. Seriously!!!!! Worst customer service I've ever experience either online or via phone.
