Will charge for a full tank of fuel at drop off, even though the tank is filled up to where it was when the vehicle was picked up, and even though they don't actually put any fuel in the vehicle after charging you for the fuel. I picked up the vehicle from another Hertz location, which had slightly lass than 1/4 tank of fuel, and filled it back up to exactly 1/4 tank before dropping it off, yet they charged me for 10 gallons of fuel at a rate of $10 per gallon, plus 11% tax. I reserved a car and when I got there they finally found my reservation but didn't have a car for me. After waiting 25 minutes they told me they could maybe have a car for me by 9. Office staff was very unorganized and unprofessional. I asked for my money back and was told I'd have to call the 800 number. I called Enterprise after this experience and got a car immediately.
