Waiting here for my rental that was scheduled for 8am. No one in office. Main customer support of no help
Been a loyal customer for years. I guess I've not checked by receipt closely enough in the past. I drove 58 miles and topped off the tank with nearly 3 gallons of gas before leaving the gas station and driving (literally) directly across the street to drop off the car. My receipt says they had to add 2 gallons.
Not a large selection of vehicles.
Negative.. bad experience with the service manager while we pick up the vehicle at Columbus Indiana location. Plus hertz charged extra than what they promised.
Loved the Nissan Rogue we were given, it practically drove itself with the pro assist cruise, the comfort level was amazing, and the fuel economy was absolutely mind blowing with 487 miles on one tank of gas! I would not recommend for a family trip only because luggage space would probably not be enough unless you travel VERY light. Overall the vehicle and customer service was excellent!
