Alex and Micale (not sure of spelling) are great…very easy to work with, and they have been amazing with my rental experience. As the manager at this location, Alex does an awesome job! Thank you, Alex!
I've rented from here many times, always a 3 star experience, but fine. Employees are not the issue, it's the policies. Today they told me they do not allow people to park their cars overnight. I've never been to a car rental place that didn't allow you to leave a car. So I guess you need a taxi or a friend to drop you off. I asked if they could follow me home (2 miles) and they said no. Mikal and Alex make this location the best Hertz in Columbus! My go to Hertz going forward.
Reserved a standard car and they gave me a truck with no back cover (that may hold 3-4 bags but maybe note that they won’t be safe from weather or theft). Said I could try and trade it for what I reserved at a different location but they had nothing else to offer. This happened 5 years ago and I avoided them for years. Tried again and this happened again. I won’t be back.
Kay was horrible. This location should be shut down
