Kay is less than helpful, rude and basically hung up on us when asking for copies of a rental record. She was very unhelpful.

Friendly staff, vehicle was as expected and was not charged for any “hidden charges” or cleaning fees etc, will be using them again.

I was sent to this location through Kia dealership to get a rental. Upon arrival I was told I needed proof of full coverage insurance (which I have) but couldn’t locate my document right away, when I told ‘KAY’ that I have NATIONAL GENERAL FULL COVERAGE she said they don’t accept that and there was nothing she could do for me. She thought I had THE GENERAL insurance which they don’t accept but that was not the case. Exceptionally rude customer service. The rentals are not well cleaned when given to you. I was originally given a rental completely different than the one I agreed to. I called 5 times and left 4 messages asking to exchange cars as I could not comfortably drive the one I had. When I finally was given the opportunity to use a different rental the shorter balding male employee made extremely unprofessional comments while giving me the keys, such as "you couldn't afford the gas mileage on the other car" and made comments about ... read more
