I had an excellent experience with this rental car company from start to finish. The booking process was easy and transparent, with no hidden fees. The staff at pickup were friendly, efficient, and had me on the road quickly. The car was in great shape—clean, reliable, and drove smoothly throughout my trip. While the interior of the windshield could have been a bit cleaner, it didn’t detract from the overall quality of the vehicle. Hershel in Columbia was so rude to my family today and his customer service was TRASH. He tried charging us an extra $700 without communicating it to us prior. Also, we already paid for insurance through them and he was trying to get our personal insurance information to cover any accidents that could happen. RED FLAG! He had my mother in law in tears! Never again! Thank you enterprise for getting us on the road to Florida!
