Had a terrible experience with Hertz in the DFW airport. Horrible customer service and a disgusting car for which they had nothing to replace it with. When we arrived in Missouri they were amazing! Did everything they could to make it right. Hershel was great to deal with initially-then Anthony was amazing! He made sure our story/pics went to the right people up the later. Hertz’s rental on rangeline street in Columbia Mo is very friendly!
Don't book manager special. They give electric vehicle only. I booked and they charged me extra $16 to give me a gas vehicle.
The sales agent at the Columbus, OH airport pressured me into purchasing the recommended fuel up feature. He sold me on misinformation. He did not inform me, I was automatically going to pay for a full tank, even though I returned the vehicle with 3 quarter of a tank. If I was informed about this, then I would have returned the car empty or refused the offer. I understand now, that is how they make more money.
