The car was absolutely filthy inside when I picked it up. There was kids’ underwear left in the vehicle, Capri Sun packets leaking onto the seats and floor, and a chocolate milk cup that had spilled all over the door. There was also sticky residue inside the passenger-side door pull and crumbs throughout the vehicle. The floor mats were completely missing, which made cleaning the spilled liquids and crumbs out of the carpet especially difficult. Reservation made in advance for a planned trip and upon arrival there were no cars available. Disappointing and very frustrating.

This happened back on July 23rd. Had a car reserved, my partner walked up the business to pick it up but when he got there, they told him they didn’t have any cars. They didn't bother to call ahead of time to let us know they had nothing available and we had the reservation for weeks. We both took the day off to see a band a few hours out of town and since it was so last minute, we had no other options in regards to travel and missed it.
