Terrible customer service. Sitting with straight faces, not helping and being rude.
I would not recommend renting a car from here!!! When I came to pick up the car it was dirty with dirt in the inside of the car and leaves were in the truck and back seat. I was expecting better service than that and was disappointed by the condition of the car when I received it.
Brittany got me a car and she was great on my return as well. Great location
Renting from Hertz here in Colonial Heights, VA, I experienced excellent customer service from Brittany Jones and her team! I will definitely be returning!
