Good costumer service but the prices are not as they appear . If you are under 25 it looks like you will get a car for the amount listed . However if you read the fine print the price shown in the pay now is not the actual amount even after tax m they will add on an additional 25 a day for under age and then re billed . They lost a customer due to that .

I called the day before to confirm my insurance had made the reservation, and to confirm they had it for an SUV as requested. The gentleman I spoke to was very nice, said everything looked good and asked what time I wanted to pick up the car. I told him I would be there at 9am or shortly after. Upon arrival, I was asked to sit down and wait because he had to get a car ready for the guy ahead of me. Almost an hour later, another person returns and starts on my reservation.
