Having bad experiences in regards to toll payments got charged twice used my toll account to pay tolls but later on hertz took money from my account aswell and when I went to branch staff said they can’t help me with that have to contact hertz customer service. Sent the email to them but they take ages to reply back. They happy to take the payments in branch but when it comes to refund that’s customer headache to deal with hertz customer care.
Great service provided by a very professional and friendly team. Seamless hiring process. Vehicle was in pristine condition.
