Staff was very efficent and welcoming.
Hired a van for 24 hours and drove less than 30 km, with proof. Before returning it, I filled the diesel tank and even provided the fuel receipt. Despite this, the staff insisted the vehicle wasn’t full, which turned into a completely unnecessary argument. The whole experience was frustrating and a waste of time. Better customer service and a more practical approach to resolving simple issues would go a long way. Do better, Hertz.
