Poor experience. We booked online and no cars were available upon arrival. We sat in the lobby for a while trying to find alternatives. The attendant wasn't helpful at all - actually couldn't care less that we didn't have a car available or that we were struggling to find transportation.
I always had great experience with the rental agency except the last time. I had a confirmation for a reservation I done few days earlier, and I went to pick up the rental car, and the agency’s employee told me there was no confirmation. I showed him the confirmation but he said to call the website for misleading.
Huge kuddos to my man DOUG for his OUTSTANDING customer compassion and speedy service! I was in and out in less than 10min!
I wish I didn't have to give this 1 star. My experience was horrible. They did not have a vehicle for me, and they did not have one for me when I showed up. After spending several hours at the office, They told me they were getting my car ready for me. I finally walked around to the back and the car was sitting there dirty and with writing all over the windows.
