They locked there doors early. Before 5pm which is the closing time. They made it extremely difficult to rent a car that we had reserved. Also they told us to be there half an hour earlier than our flight arrival. Sorry cant hurry up a flight because you want to go home early. I will never use hertz ever again, and ive told my employees, friends and my family to never use this company again.
I had the best experience at Hertz. Doug was the person who helped me and he went above and beyond and was so very kind. I highly recommend this location.
Scam try to charge me for a chip on windshield 500 bucks . It was there when we got it .it fraud they lies and said they did a Pre-inspection . I got a email almost a hour later . It was a fraud paperwork. I usually go to airport never had a problem but for some reason I knew they were going to try to pin something on me . Guy was rude lied . I booked through Expedia. Paid with my credit card in advance. Went to this location on time. They refuse to give me a vehicle. Reason given was “No Vehicles available”.
Never ever go here! Horrible service. They will confirm your car rental and then once you show up will tell you they don’t have a car!
