I booked through Expedia. Paid with my credit card in advance. Went to this location on time. They refuse to give me a vehicle. Reason given was “No Vehicles available”.

Never ever go here! Horrible service. They will confirm your car rental and then once you show up will tell you they don’t have a car!

Waited over half an hour in their empty office when I had work to do. They then charged me $69 upon return for no reason. If I could rate zero stars I would. Do yourself a favor and rent from a place that wants your business.

Return the rental car after hours but early. I see a $32 charge. I was told it took them (3) hrs to look in the car and get the key to check it in! Despite doing business as Hertz, Thrifty, & Dollar RAC, this location DOES NOT have an "after hours key drop box" like the rest. This location runs on sheer stupidity. Corporate has been notified of the nonsense here!
