Blair is a great manager
Very disappointed with the service at this location. I’ve rented from here three times, and every single time the car was given to me late. Occasional delays are understandable, but repeated delays with just a “sorry” is unacceptable. On top of that, the most recent car was extremely dirty, unclean seats, dirty floors, and overall poorly maintained. Basic cleanliness and punctuality should not be this hard to manage. Definitely not the level of service I expected.
The rental manager was exceptionally helpful with arranging a vehicle when I arrived hours early for rental pick up. The staff was courteous and professional.
They did me straight, first time renting here and signed up for a loyalty program.
