If you need a rental for anything the staff at 12th st. Hertz is able to take care of your needs. AAA also is honored there
Absolutely do not rent from this location. You will sit in the sweltering lobby waiting at least an hour for one person in front of you to get a car. I could have walked to my destination faster.
Went in with low expectation after reading the reviews. Got the car at 6 pm with my reservation at 5:30 (went in at 5:05). Only one staff but very kind and fast. The biggest problem was there was no car left and the car had to be returned so then I can pick it up.
