RENT ANYWHERE BUT HERE. Shameful behavior and rude people. Charged us $75 for an exchange/gas fee for a car that wouldnt start and was a hazard to drive. Im sure they will find any reason to charge you money! Detailed story: Our car wouldnt start and had all dashboard lights on and blinking red(Problem common with Kia) We waited a few minutes to try again and the engine light was still on and the car wouldnt drive normally. Total scam place, rent somewhere else. The office looks abandoned and although they do returns at 3 they’re out of the office at 3 and don’t get the return until the next day, so they’ll charge a full extra day just because they’re lazy. Terrible
We were greeted immediately by Cameron. Got our car right away with no issues, he even gave us some great travel advise! You were correct about our destination but we made it out alive! Lol
