Total scam place, rent somewhere else. The office looks abandoned and although they do returns at 3 they’re out of the office at 3 and don’t get the return until the next day, so they’ll charge a full extra day just because they’re lazy. Terrible
We were greeted immediately by Cameron. Got our car right away with no issues, he even gave us some great travel advise! You were correct about our destination but we made it out alive! Lol
Didn’t have the car that were reserved. Wouldn’t give us another car once again drove for 45 minutes only to find out that there are unhelpful and won’t honor reservations that are made! No problem no got a car from Avis for less money. Brand new Tesla I recommend going to Avis or anywhere else besides Hertz, Dollar Rent-A-Car and thrifty! The rental office looks abandoned from the outside. I booked online and went to pickup a car but nobody was in the office, they would not pickup their phone, and when you call the manager, you can only leave a message that they will not respond to. Really odd experience and a total waste of time
Rented a car from the 7th through the 9th. I went to return my car and saw a note on the door saying they were closed due to flood damage. I went to the Marriott that this location is located at and they said they could take the keys no problem. I'm still being charged $100 per day due to no one from hertz being able to go mark the car as returned.
