Terrible service, I had a rental reservation a week ago, and they call a day before the reservation to tell me they canceled my rental because they're out of cars!! And they even said "oh we had to cancel another seven reservations today". As if! I had the reservation with time so this wouldn't happen. I would give a 0 star if possible. I had a really important appointment and have to find a way to get there... Thanks for the trouble!
Hertz help me out when the other place starting with E couldn't. The owner of this location was extremely patient with me and my dozen phone calls and needing to reschedule the pickup time. Really got me out of a jam when my car was in the shop. Plus the rental they gave me was great. Thank you
