Friendly, but understaffing slowed down the pickup.
They over book the reservations and they did not even call me to update the status . Very unprofessional
We went to return the car today and found out when got there there was a handwritten sign saying all Cincinnati branches were closed. No explanation. It said to call the airport, Hertz... which was a recorded line, and no one answered. There were purple there who had reserved cars, some trying to return cars. This was a terrible experience for all involved. Will use Enterprise next time.
Shop closed ahead of time, no notice and many customers left without a vehicle to pickup.. disrupting the travel schedule.
Super friendly staff !The manager was exceptional in handling my rental process . I booked through Expedia and had trouble . I ended up with this really cool box truck that hertz now has well, at least at this location . I definitely recommend this location and will be back !
