The office where I returned, the vehicle would not refund me for my unused days of rental. They were told the system would not allow it.

I have rented from this location for over 10 years. The service has slowly and surely deteriorated. The reps are not skilled in smcustomer service. Major turnover issues. Very disappointed.
Horrible horrible service. I booked a car through Expedia. Tried calling multiple times to confirm there is a car available. After 5 tries no one picked up. I went to the location and waited 15 minutes for an employee to even show up. They told me they had no cars available. What’s funny is the phone rang non stop while I was here and they don’t pick up on purpose.
