Extremely unprofessional staff. They dont have any vehicles available even after reservation
Should have read the reviews. I forgot to fill up the tank on return. My fault. I called (15 minutes later) to see if I could come fill it up. After ringing several times, they hung up on me. Charged me over $60 to go to the station 500 ft away and put 6 gallons of gas in at $3.79 a gallon.
I would leave zero stars. This experience was completely unacceptable and will be escalated beyond this location. I arrived at this Hertz following a car accident with a confirmed insurance claim, expecting a basic level of professionalism and assistance. Instead, I spent 30–45 minutes trying to get ahold of Ryan after he called me and spoke about my insurance claim he received, and when I arrived, I was met with rude, dismissive behavior and zero effort to help resolve a preventable issue. Avoid this place at all costs! All they do is play games when your trying to get a rental through your insurance. I'm contacting corporate and the bbb. Terrible customer service not friendly at all and laughed at my wife multiple times on the phone
