Update...They have become our go to car rental group. The staff truly go above and beyond to help their customers, even when needing to locate a vehicle out of town when our personal vehicle let us down on a road trip. Whether you need a car for a short or long period, give them a call. Have used Hertz twice (this location once). Saved a good bit of money on rental. Only drawback is Eastgate had a limited car supply when we rented. Could be different next time we need them.
Very poor customer service. Canceled my car the same day I was to pick up. Left me without a car. TY. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION
Use to be a good place to get a car but over the last few months your lucky to even get a car definitely going downhill they never have cars available
Would give zero stars if I could. Reserved a car on their website. They called the next morning to cancel it and said they had no available cars and did not know when they would have any. Don't waste your time!
