Got a rental car during collision repair on one of my cars. This was my first time renting from Hertz. I rented from the store on Old 74 here in Eastern Cincinnati. The staff were friendly, easy to work with and got me out of the store with no delays. I was satisfied with I the Kia Soul. It was clean with about 20k miles on it. I dropped it off a week later the repair shop and Hertz personnel retrieved it later. Very smooth operation with no issues. At time of pick up…. 224.00 OVER OUR RESERVATION QUOTE!!! Let with no choice to pay… had email verify of original quote too!!! Better off taking an Uber from the airport to the closest car rental airport fees they don’t mention on reservation
