The staff was super friendly. They had a nice selection of SUV'S and they even changed my car to the one my wife wanted to make her happy. I would highly recommend giving them a chance. The prior reviews didn't reflect my experience with them. I will be back the next time I need a rental car.
Update...They have become our go to car rental group. The staff truly go above and beyond to help their customers, even when needing to locate a vehicle out of town when our personal vehicle let us down on a road trip. Whether you need a car for a short or long period, give them a call. Have used Hertz twice (this location once). Saved a good bit of money on rental. Only drawback is Eastgate had a limited car supply when we rented. Could be different next time we need them.
Very poor customer service. Canceled my car the same day I was to pick up. Left me without a car. TY. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION
Use to be a good place to get a car but over the last few months your lucky to even get a car definitely going downhill they never have cars available
