Turned up for my car. None ready. Joined the queue of other customers who had booked cars but Hertz didnt have any. Been waiting 15 to 20 minutes. Totally piss poor performance here. Never had this with anyone else i've rented from.

Terrible do not go here they will try accuse you of damaging there car if I could give 0 stars I would.Also the car I rented was leaking water steering was terrible I don’t think they take your safety into concern
