I’ve been renting from Hertz for almost 15 years, and the Chico Airport location is one of the best I’ve dealt with. The staff has changed over time, but I’m always happy with the team there. Christine has helped me many times—she’s super friendly, professional, and really thorough. Manny is another awesome team member who always greets me with a smile. They both go above and beyond to make things easy and pleasant. If you need a rental in Chico, definitely check out this Hertz. Great people and great service!

I had a great experience at this Hertz location. The team member who set up my rental was professional, friendly, and helpful, and expedient. The car was exactly as described; no issues. I had a one day, one way rental to Sacramento.
My experience with Hertz has been a regrettable one. At the end of April, I rented a car from this location and was quoted $243.09 upon booking. I added liability once I got there, which was another $90. When I got to the car, there was a dent near the driver's rear side tire which I took a picture of and addressed with the woman on staff there (didn't get her name), who assured me that they would note on the account so I wouldn't be responsible for it.
