Absolutely horrible experience! The location did not open on time and the vehicle I received was not ready. I had to wait for the vehicle to be vacuumed. The pre inspection form was completed without me and my signature was forged. When I got the vehicle, the gas tank was not full and the right rear tire was at 21 PSI, a vehicle warning was present. I had to drive to the closest gas station to fill the tank and add air to the tire before leaving on my trip. This location did NOT meet my expectations for Hertz, completely UNS... read more
I went online and requested a truck the night before. I set my appt for 12:00pm the next day. I received a phone call the next morning around 8:30 informing me they did not have the truck. I was disappointed but understand these things happen. I was told I would get a call back. After waiting an hour, I basically gave up. I started researching other options.
