Renters beware!!!!! Charged me after telling me that they had no cars and also telling me they would cancel the contract so I wouldn’t get charged. After 3 days of everything I still got charged and now I have to wait for the payment to post so I can get a refund.
Customer service is terrible. They have a don’t care attitude about the customer. Third time I tried to rent a certain vehicle only to arrive at the counter to a different vehicle and a take it or leave it attitude. I rented the vehicle more than a month in advance each time only to find out that I can’t get the vehicle I booked once I arrived. My family was going on vacation for spring break so I was really put in a bind and was forced to have an uncomfortable trip or no trip at all.

I took my Infiniti to the dealership to get it serviced and it was going to take a few days, to my surprise you can imagine I was frustrated and disappointed . My Service Consultant reached out to Hertz for me and arranged for them to pick me up. They arrived so quickly, I was so grateful because it was raining outside.
