This is a review for the location at 3400 Western Branch in Chesapeake at the Toyota Dealer. This review is in no way a reflection on the dealership because they were very helpful. When picking up our rental, no one was there. After about a 20 minute wait, someone showed up. I paid for the car with my debit card and was told AFTER I paid that it puts an extra $500 hold on the card. I complained that I wasn't told and was assured that it would drop off after a few days. Was upgraded at no extra charge due to original not available. Employee, “Chase” was extremel;y competent, thorough, and courteous and answered all/any of my questions,

Not friendly or helpful, drop off homeless man sleeping outside, both spots no one in office area empty, and getting the car for more time on line forget it. Never will use again

Exceptional service! I can't say enough good things about my recent rental experience at Hertz, especially thanks to Chase. He was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and went out of his way to make sure I had the right vehicle for my trip. He truly embodies what professional customer service should be. Thank you, Chase, for going above and beyond to get me in a car and to my destination and for all the patience in dealing with me!
