I am not sure why this place has a lot of bad ratings, but by far this has been one of the decent hertz locations I have ever been to across the northeast. It is small, but they have a decent availability of cars as you need. I had a really friendly manager who I interacted with and he helped me upgrade to a midsize to a brand new nissan sentra when an economy compact car wasn't available. They had no cars and I ordered a car here and they wouldn't help me
Terrible service, takes too long to get a car and too long to return a car. If being in an accident and getting a car from insurance isn’t miserable enough, add hertz North Chelmsford in to make the experience that much worse. Place is run out of a closet and the lot is jammed packed.
