I went on Saturday for the car exchange but he is having 2 cars but he refused to give me and he promised me I can give on Monday so I called him today asked him he told he don’t have please try to avoid this guy
I'm grateful this location exists near me! I recommended it to a friend who needed a car for a trip, and they were really happy with their service. When my car needed repairs that lasted more than a day, I also rented from this location and was very satisfied with service, the rental car, and the overall price. The person managing is very nice and it was an easy experience to pick up/drop off. I will be renting again!
I had a great experience with this car rental service while my car was being repaired. The process was smooth from start to finish, and the staff were very helpful, professional, and accommodating. The vehicle I received was clean, well-maintained, and reliable, which made a stressful situation much easier to manage. I truly appreciated their efficiency and customer service, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of a rental.
I am not sure why this place has a lot of bad ratings, but by far this has been one of the decent hertz locations I have ever been to across the northeast. It is small, but they have a decent availability of cars as you need. I had a really friendly manager who I interacted with and he helped me upgrade to a midsize to a brand new nissan sentra when an economy compact car wasn't available.
