Hung up on me when I called.
Booked rental a month in advance and received text the day of letting me know they did not have any cars available and that they would call if they were able to fulfill my reservation. I never received a call and they did not answer the phone. Luckily I was not wholly reliant on them, but this was completely unacceptable.
