Very disappointed in this Hertz location. We rented a vehicle from here while our car was being repaired at Queen City Body Works not far from this location. They picked me up from the body shop to pick up the car, which was great. They told me I could drop the rental vehicle off at the same body shop when my car was ready. I returned the rental vehicle to the body shop as instructed on 3/12. I was charged for an additional week of rental use by Hertz as they put the return date of the vehicle as 3/19. I was very dissatisfied with the way my car rental was handled. The vehicle I had reserved and prepaid online was not available when I arrived to pick it up. Instead, I was offered a significantly more expensive vehicle and asked to pay the difference. I believe this reflects poor management and inventory control. It was the company’s responsibility to ensure that the vehicle I reserved was available. This was the best experience with a car rental facility I have had in a long time. These 2 ladies were beyond professional and courteous. They communicated with my Fleet company and arranged for me to get a shared ride from the location where my car broke down. I was off the highway, in an Uber, dropped off at the South Blvd location and in my rental car within minutes. I asked if they received positive Google Reviews, which they most definitely deserve.
