I had a really smooth and positive experience renting from this location on North Tryon St. Big shoutout to Andrew and Bob. Both are incredibly polite, understanding, welcoming, and made the entire pickup process quick and stress-free. I can clearly see this location is improving, and a big part of that is because of people like them. Their professionalism and attitude made a real difference. I really didn’t think i would receive the customer service i hit because if the location i was happy with the car i receive it was clean gas was full up i return the rental early and front counter was polite and kind no issues at all

Telephone calls never go thru ! Staff told me to park at a spot away from the camera so my car was broken into in an attempt to steal my truck ! All my tools and personal belongings were stolen and vehicle were severely damaged ! No response from local management and staff whatsoever ! Even the police officers told me to stay away from this place due to high crimes !
