Poor service
I rented from this location specifically because I could pick up there and then drop off in Raleigh. It was a long way from the airport, and when I got there, the bearded fellow at the counter told me that they didn’t have any cars for me and wouldn’t likely have any even if I waited. He had a terrible attitude and showed zero compassion or interest in my situation. It was a nearly 30 minute ride from the airport for absolutely nothing. Don’t waste your time!! This location NEVER has cars and does not answer the phone. Had a reservation, drove 45 min to pick it up and as always no cars available without a call to alert me. Branch Manager refused to provide area leadership contact info.
I got a call one hour before my trip and they told that they don’t have any cars available.
I really wish I could do ZERO STARS! I will be calling corporate on KENDALL, the number he gave me isnt even corporate lol you must think your funny, I found the correct number though so just wait! Very nonchalant and RUDE! He called me 30min before my pick up time just to say "We wont have the car", very nonchalant, very rude, very unapologetic. JUST OVERALL UNPROFESSIONAL!
