Recently had a rental from this place after being in an accident. The whole process was actually very easy however I found it very stupid and honestly disrespectful the condition I received the car in. They say no smoking but the car smelled like cigarettes and piss. There was spilled drink marks all throughout the car. I had to go out of my way to clean the car because it was basically undrivable. What kind of place doesn't clean their cars?

Worst experience ever We came to this hertz in the Channelview location because state farm sent us here after getting into an accident once we got our car the car was dirty, 13% oil, no coolant and a ball on the tire and they told us just to use the car like that until our return date never told us to return the car with Gas and then charged us $9 per gallon Once I asked for an explanation the manager Jace Martin was very rude and he was yelling on the phone and honged up on me and lied saying he showed us the car with a ful... read more

This morning, I was informed that the 7 passenger vehicle that I reserved for a family trip was not available. Not only did we reserve it on the Hertz website, but we prepaid. The manager that called was extremely rude! When my sister and I asked if we could possibly get two vehicles to accommodate us, he refused. He said he could not help us and while I was still talking, he hung the phone up in my face. I was actually speaking calmly with him and he was extremely rude!!!
