They dont answer AT ALL. I asked for my rental to be dropped off to my house through my insurance hours ago and I still havent heard from them. Made a mistake to choose this location
They allow you to make the reservation then you get there after riding around looking for the place that is attached to a body shop and when you get there they say no one is at that location and that you need to go to Baytown. When I called Hertz Baytown they told me that they will honor the reservation but it’s gone be an extra 15$ a day on top of the reservation you agreed to. I told the man I've booked my rental online and he still charged me a second time. Now I have been trying to get my money back for 2 months now and they keep giving me the run around.
Can someone please explain to me how I was able to make a reservation for a car and when I arrive to the location it has been closed for a week???!!!! Omg then traveled almost 30 minutes to another location (transportation provided by LYFT $35) to only arrive and they have no vehicles ZERO VEHICLES! please don’t let me get started on their shitty , unprofessional and unpleasant customer service. I really needed to be somewhere today..thanks for nothing. I will never recommend this company.
This hertz has the rudest workers. Try any other hertz before going here.
