Great customer service! Prices were OK, but David and John made the entire experience 5/5. I had to extend my Honda Accord twice and it was ez pz. Will rent again here when needed.
I have had to rent from this location because of proximity, but the people they have hired are super inefficient . It may be faster to rent from Sky Harbor- don’t waste your time. There is a culture of mediocrity in this location. Your Gold status is worth nothing here. You still need to wait for 1 hour minimum.
We had a bad experience at the Chandler location, we were guaranteed a car reservation, and that didn’t happen. We were told 1 hour before picking up the car that there was no car available. It was a huge disappointment because we had planned a one day trip to Sedona. We were there for a wedding and we had a free day to sight see. We will never use Hertz again.
I had booked a rental car at this location, and after driving about an hour to pick it up discovered that this location was no longer operating. Wasted tome and money on gas. Why would they book a vehicle at a location that no longer existed?
