Caught a $20 uber to pickup a car that I made a reservation for on the app just to be told I have to wait 24 hours to get on when using a debit card. We called earlier and was told we can pick up a car the same day and no one told us that rule at all until I got there just to waste $40 in uber and a wasted reservation. This location needs to be closed! Horrible customer service and rules and I will not be back
Multiple issues with this company first off got charged a late fee even tho I dropped off the car an hour early. There phone service hung up on me multiple times. Never spoke to a person or even got the option I needed during the 30 minutes I was being shuffled around the phone. Had to pay as much for a second driver as the rental was for the day. 10/10 would not recommend
This place is good. Just note its limitations being at pdk (no car wash). The employees do business professionally and I find them pleasant.
Awesome customer service, very satisfied with renting at this location the whole team treats you like family rather just another customer.. 100% would definitely recommend anyone looking for renter cars to this location…!
Authorize my account $691.00 and I didn't even pick up a car! Dont rent here or u might get scammed!
