I had a very frustrating experience with this location. I rented a vehicle from Friday to Sunday and accidentally left my son’s eyeglasses in the car. When I called the next day, I was placed on hold for over 3.5 hours and never got through. I even called from another line and was placed on hold again. Because I couldn’t reach anyone, I took an Uber to the location. Charged $25 extra a day because the car I reserved was not available. They made me pay for an upgrade even though not my fault. Manager said he was going to drop it to $15 then changed mind. He didn’t even let me talk. Very rude and should not be in customer service.

We have been renting from this place over 3 years. BUT this place has gone down. The past couple of times we have rented we have had to wait for a car. Now today, we get here and the rental is gone. Because we arrived at 4:20 instead of 3:30. It should not matter as long as I get there before end of business day. This location has loss a devoted family who rented here at least one or twice a month. Very disappointed
