Really bad customer service when I picked up the car from here. The location closed and did not notify. Had to jump through hoops in getting information and had to return the vehicle at round rock location.
I am not a customer. There was no customer at this location. I walked there on Thursday 330 where I find a African guy in the store. I am a store manager and also African at a different company. By far the worse experience ever! This was an insurance claim rental and they charged my card instead of sending to rental. The amount charged was longer then what I had the vehicle. They charge me a fuel charge even though it had a full tank of gas. Employees didn't care, couldn't find or try to fix the issue.
The people are very cool and welcoming at this location.
Impossible to get them on the phone, how do they even make money? Website down and I hear my phone call being picked up after holding for 10 minutes just for them to hang up. Employees just don’t care
