The person that I worked with was rude, and just acted like he was annoyed that I was even there. He wouldnt smile and acted like he was better then me

This was the 2nd year in a row that we have used this location, and they were excellent both times! Friendly customer service and the car was clean and in great shape! The process was very smooth! Will definitely use again!
Me and my mom are going on a trip and she had already pre paid for her car and set the time for 9. She tried calling them saying we were going to be late and no one answered. There was no message saying we needed to be there at least 3 hours after our pick up time. We get there and the guy says that they gave our car away. We had already pre paid and no communication came through. Me and my mom decided to go over to enterprise we got our rental in 10 minutes.
