I have been trying for the last 30 minutes to get in touch with someone physically at the local office but Hertz phone system is incapable of transferring the call or allowing you to select it as an option. The only options are to deal with the automated extension menu options, their incapable AI system or a corporate sales line (which is an over seas call center)

Dropped our rental car and picked up our return car here. They have a shuttle to the cruise terminal which is nice. Overall a decent experience.
