Hertz Corporate please investigate the manager at this location. Her behavior to guests is sickening! The manager is running the place in the ground! Can’t wait to call corporate come Monday morning! AVOID THIS LOCATION!!!!
By far the worst experience at any Hertz I have ever rented from! Corporate needs to step in ASAP! I watched a Gold member get berated at the counter. When the customer tried to ask a question she was pretty much told not to speak! Manager never stepped in because she was to busy on FaceTime with her kid! The other guy was downing Red Bulls like he was at a frat party! Completely disrespectful to guests and the place was filthy!
So convenient to rent with Hertz. It's like "lightning" getting in & out.
