The good: Agent was very nice and efficient. Got us set up with a car in good time. Car was great and clean. Easy when arrived. Negative: We were returning from cruise and when we called for the shuttle they stated they only drop off not pick up. That’s not what the website and emails say so renter beware!!! Uber or Lyft was between $20-$40.
Quick and convenient when cruising out of Port Canaveral. The shuttle to the port was very efficient with a great driver.
Friendliness and customer service was fantastic.
Adequate…Just Adequate… Nice vehicle with needed size and features… Car had what I needed but the exterior was filthy and the windshield washer fluid was empty… Vehicle was pre-assigned. No Presidents Circle Benefits offered to Avoid Counter and go straight to car. Had to Wait in Long Line behind lots of Cruise ship Customers.
