차가 너무 더러워요..! five star member에게도 별도의 업글은 없습니다. 그리고 디즈니 포트 출구에 있는 허츠 번호판이 다 찢어졌는데 교체하지 않네요,, 함께 있던 사람들과 합심해서 번호를 찾았네요.

Rude, unhelpful staff who couldn't explain why our reservation was canceled with zero notice or confirmation. Apparently this location overbooks and cancels reservations with no communication to customers. We asked for help from any available manager, and were told "it's not our job" to fix the problem because "we don't have to help you." They finally offered us a single car that wouldn't fit our group and said it was the best we were going to get.
