Very busy with long lines due to five cruise lines arriving at the same time. Service was good for how hectic the morning was.
We had to drop a car off here that we rented from the airport. We were leaving on a cruise the next day and staying near the port. Their site says they offer a shuttle to the port, so we figured we would walk to the hotel from there. Once we dropped the car off, there was only us 2 that needed transport. One of the drivers said he would just take us in a vehicle since it was us 2 and no luggage. He even dropped us at our hotel instead of making us walk from the port! It was quick and easy. Great experience here. Dropped off before cruise on 8/3 with no issues and quick process. On 8/9 upon returning from my cruise I was surprised to have received an email that my car was assigned and ready and to proceed to the Gold line for pick up. The shuttle was waiting outside terminal for a quick load and upon arriving to the office, I walked in was greeted as a gold member and within a couple of minutes was in my car ready for my day. DON’T RENT HERE IF YOU ARE UNDER 25 They let you pay upfront online with a debit card and then deny you the rental car because you don’t have a credit card after you have already travelled halfway across the country.
