The rear passenger door did not open unless you used a lot of strength. When picking up I had 2 elderly 85+ yr people in the van and instead of making them walk through the parking lot to the van that was parked further away I went to pick them up in the bus loop. On Sunday 8/23 around 835am somebody came out and told me to hurry up loading them in the van. I was at the shuttle stop at 8:05am at port of canaveral and it took them 30 mins to meet at the stop.
