Took my money in Arizona. Went to pick up vehicle in Texas. Problem, I didn't see the fine print. And I mean fine print. They closed up and left me standing outside in a place I did not know. Now after two weeks can't get them to talk to me and give me back my money. How many times can they literally hang up on me. I guess that I am going to find out.
The phone number for this location is incorrect and were not able to get ahold of anyone until we physically arrived there and then I was put on hold so long we just had to drop the keys off. We were also charged TRIPLE our original invoice because this location billed the incorrect return date and location. *UPDATE* I now have to go through my bank to contest the charges since no one at this location or any Hertz office will return my phone calls or assist with the refund.
