Rented a vehicle back in June 2024, it broke down in my driveway. I called and they sent Westland Towing to pick the vehicle up. They picked it up in my driveway June 27, 2024, it was due back June 28 2024 a day early. They charged me twice and put and took the charge off twice. In September 2024, they charged me $1,128.00 I finally got ahold of the corporate office and they told me I kept the vehicle a week to long and returned it back to the wrong location. Provided a clean and ready car and the service was great.
Worse place to rent from, they’re scamming people. Taking money from your account and then will say “well that declined and I can’t help you in anyway shape or form but we’ll tow your car bc you owe us money on the car”😂just sue if this has happened to you bc it’s not a first for them.
