Their staff's customer service was the worst I've ever experienced specially the old African lady worker she's very unprofessional and rude!
Worst rental place ever! Don’t go to this place if you want to deal with normal & professional people. Always running out of cars whether you have a reservation or not. Enterprise is just a block away, go there.
How sad is the customer service at this location. They’re not courteous here. The walls are thin here and we can hear you cussing in the next room about customers. I would much rather walk.
