worst experience with rental cars ever. Booked with confirmation but After 2 hours waiting in the line, the say the do not have any cars, no smaller or bigger. Only one worker on the counter for Saturday with too many reservations.

Car broke down and they wouldn’t take it back. Said I had to pay to have it towed back to LAX
Absolutely terrible experience at this Hertz location. I had a 3-day trip planned and was looking to rent an SUV, but the lady at the counter was completely unhelpful and unprofessional. Instead of trying to assist a customer, she gave me 10,000 excuses as to why I couldn’t rent a car. Her attitude was dismissive and made me feel like I was wasting her time.
