Stephanie is the rudest person I have ever met. She is also not the smartest. She couldn't find my reservation even though i have a reservation number and made me wait 30 min. Then she gets mad and tells me they dont have ant teslas even though that's what I reserved. Then when I ask how I got the reservation she cussed me out and refused to process my reservation. She would not give me her business card but she claimed her name is Stephanie.
Worst rental and location. They will give you wrong information on the phone and give you a non chalant “there’s nothing I can do for you” in person. VERY Disrespectful employee. Never again!
Booked a car for 7 seats a few days in advance, got a call 2 hours before pick up time that they do not have a car available and received no compensation for their failures. Had to scramble with another car rental company. Worst experience I have ever had.
There is not enough parking to even return the car, and there is no drop-off key box. The sliding door under the huge Hertz sign is not Hertz parking. You would enter, and you will see "No Hertz parking" ( proof of lack of parking and disturbed adjacent busses). The tank was empty as well. It's not convenient.
Too bad less than one star is not an option. The insurance company booked a tesla and I confirmed the day before pick up, car was not there when I went to pick up, car i got was filthy inside and out- toothpick on seat, dirt on mats and between seats, dog or car hair and long human hair visible, dirty inside and out- as I was in a hurry I took the car, asked if the car was going to be cleaned but told it was not that bad, sent pictures to insurance agent and she was shocked, again called for another car on Monday since they ... read more
