Been waiting for 30 minutes and they still cant find my booking

Didn't have any issues with them until they charged me $30 because I returned the car with a full tank instead of overfull, this is after they ever so kindly reduced this charge from $40. The car was full, it was filled at the fuel station 300m down the road. The worker asked me if I know how to fuel up a car and then proceeded to explain to me that I had filled the tank but I did not over fill it (his words were over fill), therefore I would be charged the standard rate for returning the car without a full tank of fuel.
