I had an AWFUL experience with Hertz Byron Bay! The staff are completely incompetent and the manager is extremely rude. Never booking with them again! I would rate them -5 stars if I could!

Had an awful experience with the manager of this Byron office. I always book with Hertz when in need of a hire car but I won’t be from now on. The woman who was of little to no help in the position of a “manager” she was so rude and very condescending. I had booked a mid range SUV and was instead given a large Mitsubishi Pajero with terrible steering. I am 70 years old with bad arthritis and found it very difficult driving such a big car.
