My hire car was organised by Wayne at Hertz Busselton. He was fantastic to deal with. His level of customer service was absolutely outstanding. I can't thank him enough for helping me out when I was in need of a car at the last minute. It would be wonderful if every experience that I had as a customer was like dealing with Wayne.
