Provided a car that was different than what I reserved and I was asked to go to airport to change to another one.
2 miles from the San Francisco airport, need to Uber to and from after pickup or drop off of vehicle 🥴
Rented a car from them because my car was in the shop. They say they’re pet friendly but when I returned the car with a little bit of hair (as pictured), they charged me $125 for a cleaning fee. And the customer service was extremely slow and nonchalant (they did not seem like they wanted to help me at all)
