Smooth transaction which was fast and friendly. Vehicle was clean and ready to go. Would gladly rent from them again.
The lady working the Hertz portion of this business is very nice and personable. However, I rented a vehicle from this business. Upon returning, I forgot a couple of bags that were in the hatch of the SUV that was rented. I called the owner, asked him to lock it. That was Fri, they were closed the weekend. Mon morning they informed me that there were no bags in the rental. I called the cops, and magically the bags appeared on Thurs. I've also heard first hand accounts of items being stolen from vehicles being repaired there.... read more
